A Favorite Place: The Dallas Arboretum & Botanical Gardens : Shelly Brown-Qualls

I love the Dallas Arboretum. My family and I go often and attend a lot of concerts on the lawn there. If you haven't been, you must go. "Autumn at the Arboretum" is Dallas's favorite Fall tradition.

104 Hilltop Circle Trinidad, TX : Shelly Brown-Qualls

104 Hilltop Circle   Trinidad, TX

Need a darling little get-away cottage? Drive up appeal is not impressive (just looks like a garage), but opens up to the cutest lodge-style cottage with nice deck, great view to waterfront & boathouse! What looks like 2 car garage is 1+ golf cart as part of it was enclosed for a bedroom & that sq ft of living area is not incl'd in tax sq. Can be sold with 98 Tanda Trl (would make awesome care-takers' quarters for main house) or sold separately.

And this is how you get to your boat.
Enough Said.
Porches Rock!
108 The Lee Way, Gun Barrel, TX

Fabulous "double lot" waterfront property facing southeast at Cedar Creek Lake! This darling 2 bedroom / 2 bath home plus 1/1 guest cottage (sq ft quoted per owner and includes both structures) offers amazing views and plenty of privacy and elbow room. The main home has been completely updated with Pella windows and French doors, crown molding, Saltillo tile, copper top kitchen island and a shabby chic style that is magazine worthy. It has an open floor plan with lots of natural light, distressed painted kitchen cabinets, wood burning fireplace with a starter and a wall of windows to maximize the view. Both bedrooms face the waterfront and open to a deck that spans the length of the house. Covered decking adds cozy outdoor dining and living areas. The storybook guest cottage is down by the water and your guests may never want to leave! The neighboring homes are situated so that this one offers great privacy on the waterside and the front is fenced and gated with double sided Cedar. Have all the privacy you'd want, but enjoy quick and easy access to local amenities and an easy commute to the metroplex. Located on a small cul-de-sac with nice homes and fabulous new construction at the end of the street. There's a cute storage building with electricity, a tool shed, a steel retaining wall with a concrete cap, a pier and boathouse with electric boat lift and sprinkler system off of a lake pump. This unique property has plenty of room for expansion, or the double lots are truly stunning enough to build the home of your dreams.

We love and support Operation Kindness in Carollton.
DONATE HERE
"As the original and largest no-kill animal shelter in North Texas, Operation Kindness is the place Where Happiness Begins. In 40 years we have saved more than 85,000 cats and dogs. We care for approximately 300 cats and dogs on a day-to-day basis, with another 150 in foster homes. In the past 12 months over 4,500 homeless cats and dogs received medical care, clean shelter, nutritious food and playtime in a natural setting until they were adopted into new forever homes."
